Second Amendment

I will strongly uphold our Constituitonal right to bear arms. I will strongly oppose any legislation that will try and reduce our Second Amendment right, PERIOD!!!

Energy Policy

I will fight and support our right to have and use our nations natural resources. I will promote drilling, building refineries, building new nuclear plants, tapping natural gas reserves and expanded use of coal. This will not only allow our nation to use our vast resources of oil, natural gas and coal but will reduce the amount that you pay at the pump and at home. This will reduce our dependence on foreign oil and will create high quality long term employment.

National Defense

We as a nation need to not only maintain our Armed Forces, but we also need to continue to develop through technology, systems that will deter our enemies from aggression. We must continue to modernize our military. We need to support our Armed Forces not only with words, but with deeds! We must have the mindset of a strong Armed Forces will bring peace. The strong survive and the weak are overrun and we must never be weak or have apathy toward this goal.

When we send our troops to fight to keep America safe we must let them do their job. We must use overwhelming force to get the job done as quickly as possible, not tie the hands of our troops with ridiculous Rules of Engagement. Victory and only Victory will suffice!

Tax Reform

I support across the board tax cuts for all American's. I support the elimination of Capital Gains and Inheritance taxes. These amount to double taxation and are unfair! The lowering and elimination of these taxes with give Americans more of their hard earned money to keep and do with it what they please. Americans earned their money and it should be theirs to keep! We are not taxed too little, it's the government that spends too much of OUR money!!!

Health Care Reform

I am AGAINST any (more) government intrusion into our healthcare system. We must decrease the amount of government interaction that we now have in the healthcare industry if we want to have free market choices. We have roughly 1,300 insurance companies in America. Most states there are only a handful of choices. If we increase competition in the supply of insurance, then competition will decrease the cost of insurance. We must allow and must HAVE PORTABILITY of health care plans across state lines.

We must also have tort reform as a major step to bringing down the cost of health care. We must also have buyer picked insurance coverage, not the one size fits all approach from government.

We have the best healthcare system on the planet. How many Americans leave this country for their healthcare needs? How many people come to America to receive healthcare? We must not let the government ruin the best system in the world!

Spending

Washington must treat spending like Americas run their households. Not leverage our children's future away on wasteful spending. I also PLEDGE to support the Enumerated Powers Act!

We need to stop spending our nation into oblivion and we must REDUCE the size and scope of the Federal Government. When we do this then it will be easier for "We, The People" to control spending. The government does not create wealth. Wealth is created in the PRIVATE sector!

Cap and Trade

I will fight Cap and Tax to the last breath. Plain and simple it is a hoax and it will cost America money and jobs. Carbon is plant food, not a form of currency and we must fight to keep it that way.

Illegal Immigration

We must uphold and enforce our current policies and stop prosecuting our Border Agents for doing their jobs! The border needs to be aggressively patrolled to keep out illegals and protect our nation. Language and Borders help to define a country.

We must stop sanctuary cities, giving in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens, giving credit cards and loans to illegal aliens, giving illegal's unfettered access to our healthcare system and granting constitutional rights to them.

Language

Officially, we need to make English our national language. We must stop this path to a bi-lingual society. If people want to come to our great country for our liberties then they must learn the language. We must stop teaching illegal aliens in their native language in our public schools. We must stop hanging flags of other countries in our public schools. When you come to America then you should want to be an American. You can't have allegiance to multiple countries!

People are not tunneling out of the United States or jumping on a raft to get out! People come here because they yearn for our freedoms and a better way of life. They must assimilate into America, not colonize it.

We must all be "American's, nothing else." As Teddy Roosevelt said, "The men who do not become Americans and nothing else are hyphenated Americans; and there ought to be no room for them in this country."
